The Comfort
Passport

1.1 The Grand Prize Draw will take place at the E45 exhibition stand during the 2026 Dermatology Congress at the CSIR International Convention Centre, Pretoria, South Africa.

1.2 The competition will run from 21 August 2026 to 23 August 2026, inclusive (the “Competition Period”).

1.3 Only entries validated within the Competition Period, as recorded on the E45 Comfort Passport backend, will be eligible for the draw.

2.1 Entry is open only to natural persons who:

• are 18 years of age or older; and
• are valid participants of the 2026 Dermatology Congress.

2.2 The following persons may not enter the competition:

• directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of the Organisers;
• suppliers or service providers directly involved in this competition; and
• the immediate family members of any of the persons listed above.

3.1 To enter, an eligible participant must visit the E45 stand during the Competition Period and register their Comfort Passport by scanning the official on-stand QR code.

3.2 Registration requires the participant to provide the following information:

• full name;
• contact details; and
• professional role and/or practice information, where requested.

3.3 No purchase is required to enter this competition.

3.4 Entry is free, excluding any data or connectivity charges that may be charged by the participant’s service provider.

4.1 A registered participant qualifies for entry into the Grand Prize Draw once they have completed three (3) daily challenges via their Comfort Passport, earning three (3) challenge stamps.

4.2 Entry into the Grand Prize Draw is automatic upon meeting this condition - no separate or additional entry step is required.

4.3 Only one valid Comfort Passport registration, and therefore one valid entry, is permitted per person. Incomplete, duplicate, false, fraudulent or unverifiable entries may be disqualified.

5.1 The Grand Prize is: Beats Wireless Bluetooth Speaker worth R3 600.

5.2 There is one (1) Grand Prize available, to be awarded to one (1) winner.

5.3 Details of the Grand Prize, including a description, value and any applicable conditions of use, will be made available at the E45 stand and/or on request prior to the draw taking place.

6.1 One winner will be selected by means of a randomised draw from all valid, verified entries recorded on the Comfort Passport backend as having qualified under section 4.

6.2 The draw will take place after the close of the Competition Period.

6.3 The Organisers’ decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

7.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at registration.

7.2 Before the prize is awarded, the winner may be required to provide:

• proof of identity;
• proof of Comfort Passport progress & participation.

7.3 If the selected winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts; fails to provide the requested verification information within a reasonable period; or is found to be ineligible, the Organisers reserve the right to disqualify that person and select an alternative winner by way of a further randomised draw from the remaining valid entries.

8.1 The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

8.2 The Organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Organisers’ reasonable control.

9.1 By registering their Comfort Passport, participants consent to the Organisers collecting and processing their personal information for the purposes of:

• administering the competition;
• contacting the winner;
• verifying eligibility; and
• arranging prize fulfilment.

9.2 Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9.3 Any use of personal information for future marketing purposes will be subject to any consent required by law.

10.1 The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity connected to the competition.

10.2 No winner will be obliged to participate in publicity, promotional content or marketing activity.

10.3 Participation in any stand-based photography, including the mirror photo activation, is voluntary and is not a requirement for entry into the competition.

11.1 The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

• breaches these terms and conditions;
• submits false, misleading or incomplete information;
• attempts to register more than one Comfort Passport or submit more than one entry; or
• tampers with or interferes with the Comfort Passport, the entry process, or the administration of the competition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organisers will not be liable for:

• any entry or challenge completion not received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever;
• any technical malfunction, network interruption, data issue or connectivity problem affecting registration, participation, or the Comfort Passport;
• any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability may not lawfully be excluded.

The Organisers reserve the right to amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the competition and/or these terms and conditions at any time, if required to do so by law or if circumstances beyond the Organisers’ reasonable control so require.

These terms and conditions will be made available by the Organisers at the E45 stand and/or on request.
